When is Rath Yatra in 2027?

Rath Yatra (sometimes Ratha Yatra or Jagannatha Puri Ratha Yatra) is a large annual festival originating in the city of Puri. Most of the city’s society is based around the worship of Lord Jagannath (Krishna) with the ancient famous Jagannatha temple being the fulcrum of the area. Rath Yatra day is decided based on Hindu Lunar calendar and it is fixed on Dwitiya Tithi during Shukla Paksha of Ashada month. Currently, it falls in the months of June or July in the Gregorian calendar.
