Chanukah in 2013 will start on Thursday, the 28th of November and will continue for 8 days until Thursday, the 5th of December.

Note that in the Jewish calander, a holiday begins on the sunset of the previous day, so observing Jews will celebrate Chanukah on the sunset of Wednesday, the 27th of November.
