Chanukah in 2010 will start on Thursday, the 2nd of December and will continue for 8 days until Thursday, the 9th of December.

Note that in the Jewish calander, a holiday begins on the sunset of the previous day, so observing Jews will celebrate Chanukah on the sunset of Wednesday, the 1st of December.
